Zhongshan StationPC Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "StationPC", "we", and "our") understands the importance of privacy to you and will respect your privacy. Please read and understand this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") before submitting your personal data to StationPC. This policy applies to the StationCloud and Datajar and Station Links APP, as well as StationPC websites and products, services that display or link to this privacy policy.
This policy explains how StationPC handles your personal data, but it may not cover all possible data processing scenarios. Information specific to the collection of certain products or services may be provided by StationPC in subsequent privacy policies.
1 What Information We Collect and How We Use It?
1.1 What Information We Collect
In order to provide you with our services, we need you to provide the necessary information for using the service. We only collect the information necessary to achieve specific, clear, and legitimate purposes, and ensure that these information will not be further processed for purposes not compatible with the above purposes. You have the right to choose whether to provide the information we request, but in most cases, if you refuse, we may not be able to provide you with the corresponding services or respond to the issues you encounter.
Depending on the services you choose, we may collect one or more of the following types of information:
1.1.1 Personal Information You Provide to Us Voluntarily
We will collect the personal information you need to provide when using the corresponding services based on your choices. For example, if you use the StationPC shopping service, you may provide your name, contact information, email address, delivery address, order information, invoice information, as well as bank account number, bank account holder's name, credit card number, and other relevant information; if you create an account, you may provide your birthday, gender, account security settings, and other related information.
This information is only applicable to the Station Links App.
Our products are developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During
application runtime, we need to collect your device's unique identifier
(IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical
analysis services, and analyze application startup data and error logs to improve
performance and user experience, providing better services to users.
1.1.2 Information We Collect During Your Use of Services
• Information related to your device or SIM card:
For example, device serial number, IMEI number, DEVICE_ID number, MAC address,
Android version, Android ID, SIM card operator and location, screen display
information, device input information, device activation time, device manufacturer
information and model name, network operator, connection type, hardware basic
configuration information, sales channels, and usage-related information (such as
CPU, memory, battery usage, device resolution, device temperature, camera lens
model, screen lighting times, and unlock times).
Collecting the above information to provide the following
functions:
- Implementing device usage information push to users
- Conducting APP operation statistics and analysis
• Information specified by third-party service providers and business partners related to you: We may collect and use advertising IDs assigned by third-party service providers and business partners.
• Information related to your application usage: Including application internal unique identifiers (such as VAID number, OAID number, AAID number, Instance ID), application basic information such as application list, application ID information, SDK version, system update settings, application settings (region, language, time zone, font), application entry/exit foreground time, and application status records (such as download, installation, update, deletion).
• Log information: Information related to the use of certain functions, applications, and websites. For example, cookies and other identifier technologies, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, network request information, temporary message history, standard system logs, error crash information, and log information generated by using services (such as registration time, access time, activity time).
1.1.3 Information Sourced from Third Parties
In some legally permissible situations, we may obtain your personal information from third parties. For example:
• For security and anti-fraud purposes, for specific accounts and financial transaction services, with your authorization, we verify your information (such as phone numbers) through legitimate sources.
• Optimizing advertising models by using specified unique identifiers (such as IMEI/OAID/GAID obtained from advertisers) and in specific cases may receive partial conversion effect data (such as click situations) corresponding to your use of advertising services.
• We may also obtain certain information from third-party social networking services, such as accounts, nicknames, avatars, and email addresses (for example, when you use a social network account to log in to WeChat services).
• Information related to you provided by others, such as your shipping address provided to us by other users when they purchase products for you on StationPC shopping.
1.1.4 Software Installation List
When logging in/registering, we retrieve the software installation list to determine which third-party accounts can be used for login, such as (QQ/WeChat/Apple ID).
1.1.6 Non-Personal Information
We may also collect other information that cannot directly or indirectly identify specific individuals and is not considered personal information under applicable local laws. This type of information is called non-personal information. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information. Here are some examples of how we collect and use non-personal information in aggregated form.
• We may include statistical data generated when you use specific services (such as anonymous device-related information, daily active events, page visit events, page visit duration events, session events).
• Network monitoring data such as request duration, requests, and error requests.
• Application crash events (such as logs generated automatically after application crashes).
The purpose of collecting this information is to improve the services we provide to you. The categories and quantities of information we collect will depend on how you use our products or services.
We aggregate this information to help us provide you with more useful information and understand which parts of our website, products, or services you are most interested in. For example, we may only need to obtain the number of active users in a day without needing to know who these active users are, so aggregated data is sufficient for statistical analysis. We will make every effort to isolate your personal information from non-personal information and ensure that these two types of information are used separately. If we combine non-personal information with personal information, such information will be treated as personal information during the combined use.
1.2 How Will This Personal Information Be Used
The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products and/or services and ensure that we comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other normative documents. This includes:
• Activate and register Sittsen products or services you purchased.
• Create and maintain your Sittsen account. The personal information provided when you create a Sittsen account on the website or mobile device can be used to establish your personal Sittsen account and profile page.
• Process your purchase orders. Information related to e-commerce orders can be used to process purchase orders and related after-sales services, including customer support and re-delivery. In addition, the order number will be used to verify the actual delivery of orders and parcels by logistics partners. Recipient information, including name, address, phone number, and postal code, will be used for delivery. Email addresses are used to send parcel tracking information to you. The list of purchased items is used to print invoices and allows you to identify items in the package.
• Participate in the StationPC community. Personal information related to social platforms may be used for displaying personal profile pages and interacting with other users.
• Send notifications. We may use your personal information to send important notifications, such as notifications about orders and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Since this type of information is crucial for communication between you and Sittsen, we do not recommend refusing to receive such information.
• Device interaction. Including but not limited to various products under the Sittsen's Station brand, used for device binding and interaction.
2 How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
Sitensen, third-party service providers, and business partners use cookies, tags, and script technologies (for more detailed information, please see below "How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information"). These technologies are used to analyze trends, manage the website, track your website activity, and collect statistical information about the entire user base. We receive individual or aggregated analytical reports collected through these technologies. These technologies help us better understand your behavior, understand which parts of our website you browse, measure the effectiveness of advertising and web searches, and improve them.
• Log Files: Like most websites, we collect specific information and store it in log files. This information may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referral/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and/or clickstream data. We do not link automatically collected log data with other information we collect.
• Local Storage - HTML5/Flash: We use local storage objects (LSOs), such as HTML5 or Flash, to store content and preferences. Third parties that work with us to provide certain features on our website or to deliver ads based on your web browsing behavior also collect and store relevant information through HTML5 or Flash cookies. • Mobile Analytics: In certain mobile apps, we use analytics cookies to collect information about how visitors use our website. Information collected by these cookies includes the frequency of your use of the app, events that occur within the app, cumulative usage, performance data, and instances of app crashes. We do not correlate information stored within analytics software with any personal information you submit in the mobile app.
3 How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

We do not sell any personal information to third parties.
At times, we may share your personal information with third parties (as defined below) to provide or improve our products or services, including providing products or services upon your request. Specific information about data sharing is provided below.
3.1.1 Sharing with Our Group
In order to conduct business smoothly and provide you with all the functionalities of our products or services, we may occasionally share your personal information with other affiliated companies within Sitensen.
3.1.2 Other
As required by laws, regulations, legal procedures, litigation, and/or requests from public authorities and government agencies, Sitensen may need to disclose your personal information. Disclosure of information about you may also be necessary or appropriate in certain cases involving national security, law enforcement, or matters of public importance. We may also disclose information about you for the following purposes: detection, prevention, and resolution of fraud, unauthorized use of products, violations of our terms or policies, or other harmful or illegal activities. Such disclosure may be reasonably necessary for enforcing our terms, protecting our business, rights, assets, or products, protecting users, or achieving the aforementioned objectives. • Investors and other related third parties in the event of an actual or potential sale or other corporate transaction involving Sitensen entities.

Except in the following circumstances, Sitensen will not transfer your information to any entity:
• With your explicit consent.
• In the event of Sitensen's involvement in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of its assets, which may affect your personal information, we will provide prominent notice through email and/or by posting notice on our website or other appropriate means, informing you of any changes in ownership or use rights regarding your personal information, and any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

4 How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information
4.1 Sitensen's Security Measures
We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or similar risks, we implement all legally required physical, electronic, and managerial processes to ensure the security of information we collect from your mobile devices and Sitensen website. We ensure that your personal information is protected in accordance with applicable laws.
For example, when you access a Sitensen account, you can choose our two-step verification program for better security, and we strongly recommend using this method. When you transmit or receive information from Sitensen devices to our servers, we ensure that it is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) and other appropriate algorithms.
Your personal information is stored on secure servers and protected in controlled facilities. We classify your information based on importance and sensitivity, ensuring that it has the appropriate security level. Similarly, we have specialized access controls for cloud-based data storage, regularly review information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent any unauthorized access and use.
4.2 What You Can Do
You can protect the security of your Sitensen account by not disclosing your login password or account information to anyone (unless authorized by you). Set a unique password for Sitensen to prevent risks of password leakage from other websites harming the security of your Sitensen account. Never disclose verification codes you receive to anyone, including individuals claiming to be Sitensen customer service. Always remember to log out of your session after using Sitensen, especially when using someone else's computer or a public internet terminal.
Sitensen is not responsible for third-party access to your personal information due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. Despite the above provisions, if there is any unauthorized use of your account by other internet users or any other security vulnerabilities, please notify us immediately. Your cooperation will help us protect the confidentiality of your personal information.
4.3 Access to Other Features on Your Device
Our applications may access certain features on your device, such as launching contacts from email, storing messages, and Wi-Fi network status. This information is used to allow these applications to run on your device and interact with you.
4.4 Retention Policy
We retain personal information based on the purposes of information collection as stated in this privacy policy and specific privacy policies for individual products or services, or as required by applicable law. Specific retention periods can be found on specific service or related product pages. 5 Your Rights

5.1 Your Rights to Your Personal Information
Under applicable national or regional laws and regulations, you have the right to request access, correction, deletion of any personal information we hold about you (hereinafter referred to as "requests"). These rights are subject to specific exclusions and exceptions as provided by applicable legal provisions.
For more detailed information related to personal information in your Sitensen account, you can access and modify it by logging into your account on your device. For other information, you can contact us via email service@stationpc.com.
We will effectively process your requests if:
(1) The request is submitted through Sitensen's proprietary request channel, and for the security of your information, your request should be made in writing (unless oral requests are explicitly recognized by local laws).
(2) You provide sufficient information for Sitensen to verify your identity and ensure that the requester is the data subject or an authorized person.
Once we receive sufficient information to confirm that we can process your request, we will respond to your request within the time frame specified by applicable data protection laws.
Specifically:
• You have the right to clear, transparent, and easily understandable information about how we use your personal information and what rights you have. This is the purpose of this privacy policy.
• Based on your request and applicable legal provisions, we may provide you with a free copy of relevant records of your personal information we have collected and processed. Depending on the scope of your withdrawal of consent, it may result in your inability to continue enjoying Sitensen's products or services. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the validity of our prior personal information processing activities based on your consent.
5.4 Canceling Services or Accounts

If you wish to cancel your StationPC account, please be cautious as canceling your StationPC account will make you unable to use all StationPC products or services. In certain specific situations, cancellations may be prevented or delayed. For example, if you have devices not unbound in the Guanguan Cloud or unpaid orders in the StationPC Mall, we may not be able to support your request immediately.
When you log in to StationPC through a third-party account, you need to request account cancellation from the third party.
6 Third-Party Websites and Services
In order to ensure the stable operation and functionality of our client, and to enable you to use and enjoy more services and features, our application may embed SDKs or other applications from authorized partners. At this time, third-party SDK service providers may collect your relevant information.
